Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.

• Products that have been used, damaged due to customer mishandling, or altered will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Please email us at totemeeventures@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

• Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent, Toteeme Ventures will cover the return shipping charges.

• For returns based on personal preference (e.g., product not meeting expectations), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
