Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline

For most areas in India, estimated delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from the dispatch date. Please note that delays may occur during high demand periods, festivals, or due to courier-related issues.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
Currently, we do not provide international shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to help you monitor its progress.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Toteeme Ventures  is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

• Please report the issue with clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will promptly investigate and provide a replacement or refund based on the findings.
