Is this real leather?
Full-grain — the top layer of the hide, with the grain intact. It's the grade above genuine leather and well above bonded. It's why it darkens and softens with use instead of peeling at the corners.
Why does it cost more than a ₹1,200 wallet?
Because you'll buy it once. A bonded-leather wallet peels inside a year and gets replaced roughly every 18 months — which costs more over a decade, in smaller instalments you never notice.
How long until it reaches me?
Each piece is made after you order, so dispatch takes 3–5 working days. Delivery across India is typically 2–4 days after that. Personalised pieces sit at the longer end.
What if it doesn't suit me?
Send it back within 7 days. No questions, no restocking fee. Personalised pieces are the one exception — once your name is embossed, it's yours.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is available at checkout alongside UPI and cards.
